Who we are
Vireo Analytics and Vireo Pro are made by RebelCode Ltd. In these terms, "we" means RebelCode Ltd.
Buying Vireo Pro
Vireo Pro is sold through Freemius, which acts as the seller for each purchase. Freemius processes the payment and handles VAT and sales tax; invoices are in the customer portal. Your purchase is governed by the Freemius terms of service and the end-user license agreement shown at checkout.
Vireo Pro is sold as a yearly subscription for a number of sites. It renews each year at the price shown on the pricing page. To cancel a renewal, use the customer portal or email vireo@rebelcode.com.
The software license
Vireo Analytics and Vireo Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. Your license includes updates for the sites your plan covers while it is active.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of buying, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Your data
The plugins store your visitors' data in your own WordPress database, and it isn't sent to us. The privacy policy covers this website.
