What it records

• Completed donations, shown as "GiveWP donations" wherever a store name appears.
• Repeat gifts from Give's recurring donations add-on, flagged as renewals. They count as revenue but not as new conversions.
• Refunded donations, which leave revenue. Failed, revoked, cancelled and abandoned donations are tracked too.
• The donation form as the product, so Top products shows which form raises the most.

Set it up

1. Install Vireo Analytics and activate Vireo Pro with your license.
2. Keep GiveWP active. There's nothing to configure: Pro starts recording from that moment.
3. Open Vireo Analytics, Revenue for revenue by source, by landing page and by form.

Worth knowing

• The free GiveWP plugin has no recurring gifts, so renewals appear only with the recurring donations add-on.
• Donations of zero aren't recorded.
• Donations are matched to a visit from the last 48 hours at most.
