Vireo Pro shows revenue from your store next to your traffic, traced to the page and source that brought each buyer. You’ll find it under Vireo Analytics, Revenue.
WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads and FluentCart
There’s nothing to set up. When Pro is active and one of these stores is active, Vireo records each order as it’s placed, including WooCommerce’s block checkout, and updates it when it’s refunded.
Freemius
Freemius sales come in through a webhook, so they need a one-time setup:
- In Vireo Pro’s settings, find “Freemius revenue tracking”. Enter your Freemius product ID and the product’s secret key, and click “Save Freemius settings”.
- Vireo shows a webhook URL. In your Freemius dashboard, add it as a webhook for the
payment.createdandpayment.refundevents.
Sales made through the Freemius checkout on your own site are traced to their source. Sales on Freemius-hosted checkout pages, renewals and recovered payments show as unattributed.
How a sale is traced
When a visitor first arrives, Pro notes the source, campaign, referrer and landing page. When they buy, the order is matched to that first visit. If there isn’t one, it’s counted as direct.
Visitors are counted without cookies, so a buyer can only be matched to a visit from the last two days at most. Someone who reads a post today and buys next week shows as direct.
Refunds and currency
A full refund removes the order’s revenue, and a partial refund subtracts the refunded amount.
Each order keeps its currency. Totals are shown in your store’s currency without conversion, so if one site sells in two currencies, the totals mix them.
