What it records

• Paid orders, whichever gateway took the payment. A pay-by-check order counts when an admin marks it paid, and keeps the source that brought the member.
• Renewals, as each recurring payment completes. They count as revenue but not as new conversions.
• Refunds, which are always whole in Paid Memberships Pro, so a refunded order leaves revenue. Cancelled and failed orders are tracked too.
• Membership levels as the products, so Top products shows which level sells.

Set it up

1. Install Vireo Analytics and activate Vireo Pro with your license.
2. Keep Paid Memberships Pro active. There's nothing to configure: Pro starts recording orders from that moment.
3. Open Vireo Analytics, Revenue for revenue by source, by landing page and by level.

Worth knowing

• Orders that moved no money, such as a free level, aren't recorded.
• Paid Memberships Pro sells in one site-wide currency, and every order is recorded in it.
• Sales are matched to a visit from the last 48 hours at most. Slower decisions show as direct.
