What it records

• Charges, from SureCart's charge webhook. Failed charges are skipped, and a pending charge counts when it's paid.
• Refunds, from SureCart's refund webhook. A partial refund takes only the refunded amount off, and refunds that add up to the whole charge mark it fully refunded.
• Renewals: a later charge on a subscription Pro has already seen. They count as revenue but not as new conversions.
• The source of each sale, taken from the buyer's own visit to the confirmation page.

Set it up

1. Install Vireo Analytics and activate Vireo Pro with your license.
2. Keep SureCart active. Recording starts straight away.
3. Open Vireo Analytics, Revenue for revenue by source and by landing page.

Worth knowing

• Charges arrive without line items, so SureCart sales carry no product names.
• Renewals carry no source, because no buyer is present.
• Pro remembers up to a thousand subscriptions. Past that, the oldest are forgotten and their next charge counts as a new sale.
• Sales are matched to a visit from the last 48 hours at most.
